SHIPPING POLICY

MORGVN takes special care in the packaging, insurance, and delivery of every piece of jewelry.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders are shipped from Colorado or California.

All jewelry shipments are insured while in transit. Shipping method and carrier are selected based on the value, destination, and nature of the order.

Higher-value shipments are generally sent via an expedited service through UPS, FedEx, or another appropriate insured carrier and may require an adult signature upon delivery.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly agreed to in writing.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES

In-stock pieces generally ship within 3 business days following payment and any necessary order verification.

Made-to-order, resized, customized, bespoke, and special-order pieces require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be provided on the applicable product page or communicated directly to the client.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on stone sourcing, fabrication, setting, engraving, resizing, third-party specialist work, or other circumstances inherent in producing fine jewelry.

ORDER VERIFICATION & SECURITY

To protect our clients and our business, orders may be subject to payment, billing, purchaser, recipient, and shipping-address verification before payment is accepted or an order is fulfilled.

MORGVN reserves the right to hold, decline, or cancel an order if we are unable to satisfactorily verify the payment, purchaser, recipient, or shipping information, or if an order presents an elevated risk of fraud or unauthorized use.

In some circumstances, we may request additional information, an alternate shipping address, or an alternate payment method as a condition of accepting an order.

For security and insurance purposes, MORGVN does not ship high-value jewelry to freight forwarders, reshipping or package-forwarding services, commercial mail receiving agencies, virtual mailboxes, private mailbox facilities, or other third-party receiving locations.

We may require shipment to a verified residential or business address where the purchaser or authorized recipient can receive and sign for the package directly.

Requests to change the shipping address after an order has been placed are subject to additional verification and may not be permitted. MORGVN reserves the right to cancel an order and require a new order to be placed using the correct shipping information.

SIGNATURE & DELIVERY

A signature may be required for delivery.

Clients are responsible for providing a secure and accurate shipping address where an authorized recipient is available to receive the shipment.

MORGVN is responsible for the package while it is in transit to the approved delivery address. Responsibility for the package transfers to the purchaser after confirmed delivery to the approved address, subject to applicable law.

If a package appears damaged, missing, or compromised upon delivery, please contact MORGVN promptly so that we can assist with the carrier and insurance process.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

MORGVN does not currently offer international shipping through our online checkout.

International purchases may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be arranged directly with MORGVN prior to purchase. Please contact info@morgvn.com to inquire about international availability, shipping, insurance, and payment arrangements.

If an international order is accepted, MORGVN will provide the applicable shipping terms before the purchase is completed. The purchaser may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

For security and insurance purposes, international clients may not use a U.S.-based freight forwarder, reshipping or package-forwarding service, commercial mail receiving agency, virtual mailbox, or private mailbox facility as an alternative to arranging international shipment directly with MORGVN.

International purchases are final sale once shipped, except where otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Once a shipment is in the carrier's possession, circumstances such as weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other events outside MORGVN's reasonable control may affect delivery timing.

We will assist with carrier issues when appropriate but cannot guarantee carrier delivery schedules.
