RETURN & REFUND POLICY

MORGVN wants you to be completely confident in your purchase. Because many of our pieces are individually produced, sourced, sized, or customized, return eligibility depends on the nature of the purchase.
STANDARD RETURNS
Eligible items may be returned if a return is requested within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
All returns must be authorized by MORGVN before being shipped.
To qualify for a return, an item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in its original condition, with its original packaging and any accompanying documentation.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use may not be eligible for return.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the return is the result of an MORGVN error or otherwise required by law, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping.
Fine jewelry must be returned using a trackable shipping method with signature confirmation and insurance for the full value of the merchandise.
MORGVN is not responsible for uninsured, inadequately insured, lost, or damaged return shipments.
Please do not return jewelry without first receiving return authorization and shipping instructions from MORGVN.
RESTOCKING FEE
Eligible returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, except where prohibited by applicable law or where the return results from an MORGVN error.
NONRETURNABLE & FINAL-SALE ITEMS
The following are generally final sale and are not eligible for return:
• Bespoke or custom-designed jewelry
• Personalized or engraved jewelry
• Jewelry that has been resized, altered, or modified at the client's request
• Special-order pieces or stones sourced specifically for a client
• Jewelry incorporating client-supplied gemstones, diamonds, components, or materials
• Jewelry created from or incorporating heirloom jewelry supplied by the client
• Items expressly identified as final sale before purchase
• Sale or promotional items identified as final sale
• Gift cards
A standard MORGVN design that is produced after an order is placed is not considered custom or special-order solely because it is made to order, unless otherwise disclosed before purchase.
ONE-OF-A-KIND PIECES
One-of-a-kind pieces may be eligible for return under the standard 7-day return policy unless the piece was disclosed as final sale before purchase or was subsequently resized, engraved, customized, altered, or otherwise modified for the client.
RESIZING & ALTERATIONS
If an otherwise returnable piece is resized or altered at the purchaser's request, it may become final sale.
If you are uncertain about sizing, please contact MORGVN before requesting an alteration.
CLIENT-SUPPLIED & HEIRLOOM MATERIALS
Custom work involving client-supplied gemstones, diamonds, jewelry, or heirloom materials is final sale.
MORGVN will exercise reasonable professional care when handling client-supplied materials. Because previously worn, antique, heirloom, or client-supplied jewelry and gemstones may contain hidden wear, fractures, prior repairs, structural weaknesses, treatments, or other conditions that are not apparent before work begins, additional risks may exist when such materials are reset, removed, repaired, cleaned, polished, heated, or otherwise worked on.
Any specific risks identified before work begins will be discussed with the client when reasonably possible.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
If you receive an incorrect item or believe your jewelry arrived damaged or defective, contact MORGVN as soon as reasonably possible with photographs and a description of the issue.
We will evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, arrange repair, replacement, return, or another appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
REFUNDS
Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, MORGVN will notify you whether the return has been approved.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee, shipping charges, or other nonrefundable amounts.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from an MORGVN error or otherwise required by law.
Refunds for purchases made by bank transfer generally will be returned to the originating account, subject to verification.
For security purposes, MORGVN generally will not redirect a refund to a different card, bank account, payment account, or individual merely at the purchaser's request.
For purchases made through another manual or electronic payment method, MORGVN may return funds through the original payment method or another verified method appropriate to the original transaction.
Processing times after a refund is issued depend on the applicable bank or payment provider.
CANCELLATIONS
In-stock orders may be canceled before fulfillment at MORGVN's discretion.
Standard made-to-order purchases may not be cancellable or modifiable after production has begun.
Bespoke, custom, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, special-order, or otherwise client-specific purchases may not be canceled once sourcing, production, modification, or other work has begun.
Any nonrefundable deposit, sourcing charge, design fee, or similar charge will be disclosed to the client before it becomes binding.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International purchases are final sale once shipped, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
